Minecraft Forge 1.14.4 Fails To Open [SOLVED]

I have no clue why it wont open. It was working perfectly. I shut down my pc and when I try to play forge 1.14.4 again it refuses to open, ive tried forge 1.14.3 and got the exact same result it just gives me

Extra Info:

One thing i dont understand is that i also tried playing optifne 1.14.3 and vanilla 1.14.4 (and snapshot 1.14.4) and all 3 work.

I didnt change any files (download, relocate, etc.) between playing forge 1.14.4 and it working to it not opening
I also removed all mods from the mods folder and it still did nothing

Where to get it:

Mojang Launcher: When using the Mojang launcher debug.log is found in .minecraft\logs.

Curse/Overwolf: If you are using the Curse Launcher, their configurations break Forge's log settings, fortunately there is an easier workaround than I originally thought, this works even with Curse's installation of the Minecraft launcher as long as it is not launched THROUGH Twitch:

I don't know that either - newer worked with Invision Community 😕

I saw that it works here and also fixes the one unread thread mentioned in my first post - so I had just overlooked it

The toolbar changes are just QoL - if there is no way to change it at the moment, that's fine

I understand what you're asking for, but I don't know how to do that. The settings have moved around a bit in the admin panel and I can no longer see a way of customising the editor. If you know how to customise the editor in Invision Community 5, let me know and I'll try applying it.
