Mod resource hasnt been updated or needs to be removed!

Hello i notice that a mod pack on the resource packs option needs to be updated and i included some pics of the problem. Fortunately this mod is active for forge only, this doesnt show when i play without forge and i have no clue where its located since it doesnt show in the mods folder nor resource pack folder. So please update or remove it completely cause it driving me nuts whenever i see this!

Please read the EAQ and provide the debug.log. We cannot help you without the log.
