Where is forge 3.3.8?

I am trying to setup EE and it says I need at least version 3.3.8 but it's not in the release section.  Was it removed?

Can you give me a link?  Seriously, I have looked all over this site and I can't find anything labeled 3.3.8*  I searched google for a download and I can't find one for 3.3.8
