Stuck while downloading forge 1.12.2

i downloaded 5 different forges for 1.12.2 and it kept stopping when it said downloading libraries, it says "downloading libraries; Unpacking packed file akka-actor_2.11-2.3.3.jar.pack.xz", here is the logforge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2768-installer.jar.log

1.12 is no longer supported on this forum.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
