forge 1.12.2 crashing

i have been having this problem for at while now and i cant find any solutions that will help i have emptied my mods folder so i know there isnt any rogue mods i have zero clue on how to fix it

I know the official minecraft forums have a modding section, but I don't really go there so I don't know how good the people there are or what versions are supported.
