gradlew forge

I downloaded forge mdk 1.14.4 and in the folder where I put the extracted files from winrar forge mdk I held shift and the right mouse button opened windows power shell typed ..gradlew setupDecompWorkspace .. and an error popped up which I placed below and I have downloaded jave, I have jave jdk I have , JAVA_HOME, in system variables and I don't know why this doesn't work.

Suggestion [3,General]: The command gradlew was not found, but does exist in the current location. Windows PowerShell does not load commands from the current location by default. If you trust this command, instead type: ".\gradlew". See "get-help about_Command_Precedence" for more details.

setupDecompWorkspace is no longer used. The Forge docs have correct information as far as getting started goes:

Also, using Powershell, when accessing a program in the currect directory (folder), you must use .\ in front of the command name, i.e.

.\gradlew
