Unable to install forge

When I try to install forge or any other mods, it keep showing this. I tried to uninstall and reinstall java yet this problem still came. In the past this never happened only until recently that this happened?

Any clue to fix this problem?

Where did you download Forge?

The window you showed looks like an automatic mod installer, which is bad and shouldn’t be used.

I updated the java yet the problem stills happened, basically not just forge, optifine and technic launcher have similar problem like it open blank, not responding then it automatically close
