Forge Wont Stop Crashing

So after I downloaded this mod https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/reinforcedtools forge starting crashing i played with only orespawn after that and it kept crashing and i reinstalled forge reinstalled minecraft completly and its still crashing 

plz help me im so bored!
