I'm on 1.15.2 and I saw that I have to use .hasEffect(ItemStack stack) but it says that I have to create a class. Do I use null instead of ItemStack stack?

I just want it to glow. Nothing else.

Here is the iteminit for the item

event.getRegistry().register(new Item(new Item.Properties().group(washingmodItemGroup.instance)).setRegistryName("test_item"));

@EventBusSubscriber(modid = Testing.MOD_ID, bus = Bus.MOD)
@ObjectHolder(Testing.MOD_ID)
public class iteminit
{
    public static final Item test_item = null;
    @SubscribeEvent
    public static void registerItems(final RegistryEvent.Register<Item> event)
    {
        event.getRegistry().register(new Item(new Item.Properties().group(testingItemGroup.instance)).setRegistryName("test_item").hasEffect(stack));
    }
}
