Internal Sever error

whenever I open or make a new world it says internal server error and takes me back to server lists like what the heck man and also I tried deleting options.txt and no it doesn't work

Of course that does not work. There is no relations between options.txt and a world.

It is likely a user error rather than a Forge problem.
