updating 1.10.2 to 1.12.2 textures and other stuff not working

So I upgraded my mod to 1.12.2 and got everything working except the textures, mcmod.info, and the en_us.lang file

its as if everything inside the resources folder doesn't load or something but in the console it will tell me stuff like "Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: goo:blockstates/blockgreengoo.json" but i literally have a file there called blockgreengoo

 

if i need to send a picture of something i didn't talk about please tell me because this is my first post and im not sure what i need to include for this problem

and 1.12 isn't supported on this forum anymore, use 1.15
