These libaries failed to download 1.15.2

Hallo,

Ich habe ein Problem bei der Installation des Forge 1.15.2-Clients. Wenn ich das Installationsprogramm starte, lädt es die Bibliotheken herunter (oder versucht es). Am Ende dieses Abschnitts wird jedoch ein Fenster geöffnet:
Diese Bibliotheken konnten nicht heruntergeladen werden. Versuchen Sie es erneut! 

I also checked whether the files were already in the libaries folder, and that was true. for example "trove 1.0.2" was already in the libaries folder

Post the installer.log found in the directory of the installer, please.

I specially created a folder for it .... still no "log file"

in version 1.16.1 I have exactly the same problem and it is exactly the same error message
