Unable to get Eclipse to open Minecraft

I am getting errors when I try to run the client for forge in Eclipse. I have spent the last 3 days trying to get this to work. I have reinstalled the JDK, Eclipse, and the forge installers several times. I have looked through many forums trying to get a solution. Can someone please help. I have attached a screen shot of what is happening.

1.12 is no longer supported on this forum.
Please update to a more modern version of Minecraft (1.14+) to receive support.
