not enough data available

so, i used to be able to play with mods but now i cant and i dont really know why and i dont know since when.

Forge version:1.16.1-forge-32.0.107 and a couple of mods on 1.16.1 

it says word for word:

The game crashed whilst redering overlay

Error: com.electrocwill.nightconfig.io.ParsingException: Not enough data available

 

Error: com.electronwill.nightconfig.core.io.ParsingException: Not enough data available

i really dont know what do

It's probably because this mod called Night Config is not compatible with this forge version most likely something changed in the forge code and that mod is use some stuff which changed so don't use that mod and it should run if this is the only error you got.

The developer of the mod will probably update the mod for this version later.

The problem is with one of your forge configs. Post your debug.log to know which

Actually i told night config is a mod turns out it's not 😅

is the crash report thing or not?

It's a file in the logs folder

NightConfig is the library used by Forge to manage config files, and we're still not quite sure where this issue is coming from
