Just recently updated Minecraft and Forge along with my mods. While trying to start it up FML setup kkeps running into a problem downloading scala library. I've tried downloading it directly, and have redownloaded minecraft and forge a number of times.

Why is it, though, that so many people are having trouble with scala?

I read my logs and the faq, and as I've said, I tried downloading it manually, but the download keeps failing.  When trying to download it manually, I get this:

 

C:\Users\RCCCL\Downloads\scala-library.jar.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

 

Try again later, or contact the server administrator.

Please, cpw, only make downloading the scala library jar compulsory if we need to use a scala mod!
