i have a modded server and installed my mods in both the regular mods folder and the forge server mod folder but when i get into my world i cannot place a block it is there for a sec but then it goes away please help

Explain EXACTLY what you're doing. Post your logs.

We have no idea what 'forge server thing' means.

Screenshots help.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
