so here is the issue im getting this message when i try to run my forge server i havent added mods yet because it hasnt successfullly loaded yet.

i have the same how do i fix it

 

Minecraft 1.16 requires java 8-15, you currently using java 17,
downgrade your java to 8 and the problem should be fixed.
