  3. Technically, OptiFine is the one that runs into an issue with Forge since the hack was made without any regard for any compatibility. OptiFine has specific versions of Forge which it has been tested and compiled against to make sure it works. They should have the version next to the number. Though, we still don't recommend using OptiFine. There are other mods, though their effect on your machine may vary from their stated claims. The one I've seen floated around recently is Rubidium and Oculus, though again, I have no idea how it'll affect you or your setup.
  4. In order to root out one of the more common issues, we'll need to see your hosts file. Here's the steps to getting this file. 1) Press the Win + R key on your keyboard. 2) Paste the following into the prompt that opens: notepad %windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts 3) Use Ctrl+A to select everything in the file, then Ctrl+C into the textbox to post to this thread.

  7. Well, the color of your fluid is 0x2e147d, which, since colors are 32 bits, is 0x002e147d. Breaking it down into the ARGB components, you have a red of 2e, green of 14, blue of 7d, and an alpha of 0. An alpha of 0 is fully transparent while ff is fully opaque. Most fluids are probably in the 0xaX range for transparency.
  8. I've heard there are issues with some versions of the AMD graphics driver, so you may need to downgrade them to an earlier version.
  9. What version are you testing on and can you provide the debug.log associated with it? We cannot determine anything without context.
  10. It seems to be taking too long to grab the data, which could be a bottleneck of your wifi, or potentially as part of the settings on your machine. In order to root out one of the more common issues, we'll need to see your hosts file. Here's the steps to getting this file. 1) Press the Win + R key on your keyboard. 2) Paste the following into the prompt that opens: 'notepad %windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts' 3) Use Ctrl+A to select everything in the file, then Ctrl+C into the textbox to post to this thread.
  11. Seems like you are running a mod for an older version of minecraft (yung's mods).
  12. It's missing a mods.toml file. Though, it's not a crash, since it has no effect on the running state of the game and will work fine regardless.
  13. Try a different browser. Chrome browsers received an update that prevents some from accessing the download through adfocus.

  15. Use a different browser, it seems to be an issue on some Chrome browsers ever since an update they put out. And yes, this too.
  16. Please provide a gist or a paste of the crash report. We will not download random files from unknown users on the internet onto our machines.

  20. We are not either of those services. Ask either of those services wherever they provide support.
  21. As far as I can test, there seems to be no issue regarding using Forge or other servers with a tmux, though I am just using a standard ssh through a terminal.
  22. Plugins are typically a third-party service that consumes Forge, not associated with it. As such, ask for support wherever the plugin service you are using support it.
