Forge mods are only ever distributed as jars Forge mods should never be extracted as you have done with at least two of your mods Forge mods only work on the version of Minecraft they were designed to work with, it looks like you have a couple 1.12.2 mods there, this is not going to work

Nope, Forge does not allow you to hide what you have installed. If your server needs this plugin to start then your tech support guy might be locking you in to using him and only him... i.e. his job security

Is this a pack you made or is it pre-made? If it's a pack you made, did you make any config changes?

I believe this is Twitch failing to install Forge properly. I recommend using Twitch only to install packs but not run them. Install the pack on Twitch Get the latest version of Forge for the Minecraft version the pack uses and install it Open the Minecraft Launcher Make a new "Installation" Set the Installations Forge version and set the Game Directory to the folder where twitch installed the pack (in Twitch's Instances folder with the same name as the pack)

What does config/foodfunk-common.toml look like?

This log has a different error that looks like your client is losing control of the save files to another program, likely another instance of the client
