For modern versions SDW no longer exists, you just import the build.gradle as a project and intellij does the work that SDW used to do during the import.

Saying it "dont work" is the equivalent of telling the Doctor "It hurts". In addition, 1.12.2 isn't supported here anymore.

The intended use is to run Forge's installer manually and then start the server with a command or a script. I know this might sound like the same procedure you're already doing, but the scripts you have now have a couple extra bells and whistles that try to automate things for you and might actually make it worse when things go wrong.

It's sounding like you grabbed a couple scripts out of a modpack's server zip and are using them globally as server management scripts. which is not recommended.

This server log doesn't match up with the client log timestamp-wise, and neither mention the error screen you're getting. Please reproduce the issue and provide logs that match up

For some reason Silent's mods are sending packets before Forge's initial handshake, what happens if you remove silent's mods?

Can you provide the server's debug.log as well please?

From what I can see here your client seems to be under the impression that the server is vanilla
