launcher_log.txt would be in .minecraft rather than the logs folder, as it's not a game log

debug.log might have a clue, but from what I can see in latest.log, I can't tell

You're trying to load at least one client-only mod on a server, unfortunately these client-only mods don't auto-disable themselves on the wrong side and don't indicated their sidedness so Forge can't disable them

It means you're likely missing a mod. The confusing bit is Twitch is supposed to automatically handle that, provided the mod devs indicate their dependencies to Twitch (via CurseForge) correctly

It's not a bug, it's someone relatively new to the core team not properly keeping things backwards compatible Edit: I take that back, it could be considered a bug Edit 2: Actually there hasn't been a first Recommended Build for 1.15.1 yet so things shouldn't be expected to be backwards compatible

Where did you get Forge from? Because what you're running is not 1.5.1 (or 1.15.1, which I assume is what you meant)
