  1. You know I never watched the whole video... yes he is making a tutorial and is actually starting the wrong jar...
  2. Where are you looking in the launcher? I suspect you are looking at Profiles/Installations rather than Versions
  3. Delete .minecraft/versions/1.12.2 and restart your launcher also the filenames of one or more of your mods suggests you got them from a repost site. Please read up on the StopModReposts project (link in my signature) for info on why this is a bad thing.
  4. Forge for 1.15 hasn't been released yet, and for the record you're not running 1.15 Minecraft with 1.14.4 Forge, there is something else wrong with your setup
  5. Please read the Logs section of my signature below and provide the appropriate log in the appropriate manner.
  6. Please make sure you read the requirements for the mods you install
  7. Please read the Logs section of my signature below and provide the appropriate log in the appropriate manner.
  8. You misunderstand what 4.9 and 3.+ represent, that is not what fixed your issue.
  9. It sounds like the issue isn't Forge downloading, but your browser automatically trying to run the installer and not knowing what to run it with. Install Java 8 (HotSpot) from https://adoptopenjdk.net and try again (when in doubt, hit save instead of run)
  10. Please don’t hijack other people’s threads, if you have an issue please make your own thread
  11. Please read the logs section of my signature below and provide the appropriate log in the appropriate manner.
  12. What Launcher are you using? Please provide a screenshot.
  13. Please don't Necro old threads, if you have an issue make your own.
  14. You changed "Game Directory" to your mods folder. The Game Directory is supposed to be the folder that contains the mods folder, .minecraft by default
  15. Typically same day, but don't take this as a promise, regardless it doesn't stop people from complaining about updates being slow because it wasn't released the same nanosecond as the Minecraft update. For that reason we tend to not allow posts mentioning anything relating to an ETA for updates.
  16. According to this log TwilightForest was loading just fine. Did you change any settings in the launcher?
  17. That is no longer correct DragonLite, just use launcher profiles/installations
  18. Forge 1.14.4 only works with Java 8-10 Forge 1.12.2 only works with Java 8
  19. I'm not seeing this issue, however it could be an issue with something managing your network blocking adfocus. We'd prefer you didn't bypass adfocus as it's what helps pay for the servers, but if you literally can't go through adfocus, click "Show All Versions" then click the i next to the installer for your desired version to get a direct download.
  20. Is your problem the same as in this post? Because if it is, a screenshot would have cleared it up faster than
  21. This is sounding like an issue on your end rather than ours, so we're not sure it's something WE can fix
  22. For future reference: 1.7.10 is no longer supported on this forum due to its age. Update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.
  23. From a quick Google CIT apparently stands for Custom Item Texture and I'm just confused as to why this is apparently a special type of resource pack. Judging from the console lines you've provided I can only assume it's an Optifine feature or something that Optifine messes with.
  24. On your end, join "localhost" on your friend's end put in your Hamachi IP address
