There is no exe anymore, that was a Windows-only thing that the Forge team don't want to maintain anymore. The jar file labelled "installer" is an executable jar file that runs on the JVM and is thus platform-independent, if you have Java installed and correctly configured just double clicking it will run it.

That's not how you install Forge. You are supposed to RUN the installer, not extract it

The filenames of one or more of your mods suggests you got them from a repost site. Please read up on the StopModReposts project (link in my signature) for info on why this is a bad thing.

Please provide debug.log

This shows virtually nothing. If you're going to provide that file you need to restart your launcher, reproduce the issue and do nothing else, then close the launcher and provide the log without starting your launcher again

Can I see a screenshot of your mods folder?

You don't need to copy .minecraft, even if you change the Game Directory (where the mods, logs, config, etc. folders appear) some folders will always stay in .minecraft
