Pixelmon is designed to work with a specific version of Forge, check their website for that version.

During 1.13 the entire Forge toolset got rewritten and updated. There's a ton that changed just with the loader so updating is likely to be a bit slow.

From this log things look relatively fine to me, but it's not debug.log, which would have more info.

Please provide your installer log, it will have the same name as the installer but with .log on the end: Installer: forge-{version}-installer.jar Log: forge-{version}-installer.jar.log Note: If you have Windows Explorer set to hide file extensions(as is the default setting), they will look like this: Installer: forge-{version}-installer Log: forge-{version}-installer.jar

I don't see a crash here... check your .minecraft folder for any files that look like hs_err_pid<numbers>.log

The filenames of one or more of your mods suggests you got them from a repost site. Please read up on the StopModReposts project (link in my signature) for info on why this is a bad thing.

Forge is not compatible with OpenJ9, use a HotSpot JVM
