Provide the installer log using one of the paste sites in my signature, putting it on Docs actually makes things harder for us as Docs tries to prettify it.
The stacktrace does not mention anything that identifies itself as Forge or any other mod, this typically indicates a broken coremod.
You have also neglected to show the mod list that the crash report comes with.
It will have the same name as the installer but with .log on the end:
Installer: forge-{version}-installer.jar
Log: forge-{version}-installer.jar.log
Note: If you have Windows Explorer set to hide file extensions(as is the default setting), they will look like this:
Installer: forge-{version}-installer
Log: forge-{version}-installer.jar
Sounds like you're running it with 32-Bit Java, you should install and use 64-Bit Java. https://adoptopenjdk.net
Note: Any version of Forge before 1.13 requires Java 8, no later.
Install a 64-Bit JDK, judging from the "Program Files (x86)" you have 32-Bit.
Also you should not need to set it yourself, unless you're using an ANCIENT MDK, in which case you should update.
Actually I would suggest you update regardless.
