Well you copy and pasted more than just the link. Apparently it also brought along formatting codes that the forum respected when it should have tossed them out... I've fixed it now.

Forge does not provide support for hack/cheat clients. If they want to be compatible with Forge that is on them to implement.

Have you tried removing Optifine altogether?

Simply having it won't help if your computer prefers to use a later version for actually running things. You should try using the full path to the Java binary rather than simply invoking Java

Have you run the Minecraft Launcher at least once before trying to install Forge?

1.7.10 is no longer supported on this forum due to its age. Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

You must run Forge for 1.12.2 and earlier with Java 8
