You're trying to use BetterFoliage for 1.14.4 on 1.16.3, this is not going to work. In fact I'm amazed that Biomes O Plenty for 1.15.2 is working in 1.16.3

The installer log will have the same name as the installer but with .log on the end. Note that Windows hides file extensions by default so the installer may look like forge-X.X.X-X.X.X-installer with the log looking like forge-X.X.X-X.X.X-installer.jar

To explain this, Java itself may have been set up correctly but for some reason Windows was told to use some other program (in your case, Edge), to open Jar files. JarFix tweaks the registry to restore Java as the rightful owner of jar files.

Can you get another screenshot of your versions folder but with the address bar this time?
