The List contains the Block positons from which the particles fly to the EnchtmentTabel in the center. But yeah that are the Block positions of the Bookshelves (where they could be placed to "power" the EnchtmentTabel). -
@Darklightthe3rd Please post debug.log from the logs folder. If you using CurseForge you need to enabel the debug.log in the settings.

Are you sure it is the full debug.log from the logs folder, since the log does not contains any error which cause the game to crash. If this is the full debug.log please post launcher_log.txt as well.

EntityAttributeCreationEvent and EntityRenderersEvent.RegisterRenderers are Mod Bus Events, you need to move these Events into a class which is subscribe to the Mod.EventBusSubscriber.Bus#MOD.
