Create a new world with the same settings (gamemode, gamerules etc) and copy the level.dat, level.dat_old and session.lock from the new world to the broken one - delete the new world and test the broken world again

The level.dat is broken Backup and delete this file and rename level.dat_old to level.dat and test it again
