Make a test without the mod watut

RLCraft is a 1.12.2 modpack So you will need Java 8 to run this modpack There is already a serverpack - at Additional Files, download the Server Pack - so you don't need to install Forge separately https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/rlcraft/files/4612979/additional-files

Also make a test without Citadel and the mods requiring it - or try other builds
