It this the full crash-report? Also add the latest.log from your logs-folder

Delete the config of nochatreports - if this is not working, make a test without this mod

Check the crash-report again - maybe there are some more toml files broken - this file is mentioned in the first lines If you are not sure, add the new crash-report

Check for AMD/ATI GPU driver updates

There is an issue with kotlinforforge and kotlin.stdlib - remove these and the mods requiring these or try other builds
