Try another Java build https://www.azul.com/downloads/#zulu and set the path to C:\Program Files\Zulu\zulu-17\bin\javaw.exe

Check for CPU/GPU driver updates

Also make sure the path is correct - check your system for the Java 17 installation and copy the path to the javaw.exe
