Delete the config of it (config folder)

Also add the latest.log (logs-folder)

Update your AMD/ATI drivers - get the drivers from their website - do not update via system

Same issue - I have no idea Maybe switch to a pre-configured modpack and use this as working base - then add new mods one by one
