Server Fails to Start
I don't know but somehow you did it. log4j is inside minecraft_server.1.7.10.jar, as long as it's there and you run the server correctly it'll find it. You can manually add the libraries if you're running in the wrong folder using the standard method of adding to the java classpath.

What is 'heat' What direction does it go? What range does it have? etc.. etc.. etc.. This is not a 'Dictionary' thing, we can't just add something arbitrarily like that. We would have to fully define what 'heat' is and how to use and describe it. Your 'suggestion' needs to be more fleshed out.

Because we do. And the bulk of mods DONT change there names. But as soon as you start trying to block a mod they will. Point being is the answer is no because its a futile effort.

No, as stated, you can not trust the server. As soon as this is added to Forge, the xray mods will remove it, change there na,es, or get around it in 1000 other ways. You can't tell what clients have cheats, there is no way.

There is no hooks for this as it'd just bit a lot of spam for the ops. Without getting into the fundamentals of client/server security, you can't trust the client. So no there are no client mod block lists or anything like that.

Why are you a coremod you're screwing things up with it. Beyond that the type for the Sand field changed in .10, we fix this for normal mods with a transformer, you need to recompile your mod if it doesnt run through our transformers {which would be caused by your coremod}

FML missing message not appearing
We need actual logs, it should kick you just fine if you time out without sending the FML identifier. Make sure you use JUST Forge/FML as we only support our distributions.

You would have to speak to your hosts and determine where the server's 'Home' or 'Work' folder is. The path that the server is actually run from. That is where files are loaded. If the server starts, then the files are created somewhere {note, these are not DOWNLOAD they are CREATED}

Idea Running Minecraft Problem
Really dude... This si why you should learn your IDE before asking stupid questions. I don't even use Idea and I know that its a JDK configuration issue, it can't find jdk 1.8. Nothing to do with Forge.

Spawner Type Changed
World gen like this is extremely temperamental. I'll look into it, but no guarantees, things must poll the random numbers the EXACT right number of times in order for the spawner to be the same. Stuck on my to-do very low level.

Multiblocks should in theory rotate the entire multiblock. IF the multiblock WANTS to. We specifically dont on beds because we don't want to.

We do not support 1.6.4 anymore, the only suggestion you will get is to make your pack for 1.7+.

Your log is not for your current setup as it contains no mod information, also we do not support 1.6.4 anymore. Update to 1.7.
