Extending IDs should not be needed, you issue is that you're missing dependancies simple as that. Extending IDs is a hack that can break a lot of things and you are most likely not coming anywhere near the limit. Beyond that tho, you should update to 1.8+

Workaround for my Java crashing problem?
LexManos replied to Kzitold's topic in Support & Bug Reports
Minecraft does not install itself into the ""C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft\"" folder, so We cant tell you what that jar is. However if you download and run the jar launcher from the Minecraft website then yes it is safe to use. The exe is just a wrapper around downloading java and running the normal launcher jar. -

This thread is specifically about inappropriate ads in the hope to make things better. You won't be punished for bring things like this to my attention in a place I asked you to. And the screen shot is fine, that ID at the top is actually a unique id specifically associated with that instance of the ad being shown so they can track it down specifically. I'll look into it. I have opted out of all sexual/porn ads and this stuff *shouldn't* be sown. I'll report it to my guy at adsense and take care of it.

Locking this thread. 1) As stated, ads are how we pay the bills here at Forge. So bypassing our installer/downloads is not helpful 2) Your initial post makes it extremely clear that you have spent ZERO time actually doing any research into how anything in Forge or Minecraft modding is setup. All of this is open source, you can see exactly whats going on. You can see what the different jars and options are for by just looking at the installer and the minecraft folder post install. 3) The installer can ALREADY be modified to bundle any modpacks you want, you just have to look into it. Tho again this bypasses our downloads so its discouraged. 4) Mod/ModPack installation is stupid simple, literally "Install Forge, Put mods in mods folder" you don't need a custom installer for that.

Nothing of consequence in this area has changed since 1.8 so im not understanding why you are unique in that you are the only one experiencing this random stall. -

Interesting, try killing your AV/Firewall/Whatever you have going temporarily. If you know how i'd say just boot into safe mode and see if it will boot. There is nothing going on here, it's like something is forcing your java to stall. Outside of Minecraft. -

config/splash.properties But ya, your log that you're showing doesn't show any issues just the first 7 seconds of the loading. Just leave it be and let it load, if it lasts for like 3+ mins then there may be an issue and you should post the new logs. -

Due to how Windows/Minecraft works during loading if you click the screen it will put up that message. The process hasnt actually stopped windows jsut thinks it does. Enable the loading screen to get feedback on how things are running. -
