Is there a Forge hook to modify base classes?
The amount of changes he wants to make would make it impossible to stay compatible with anything. 4th dimensional physics is hard/almost impossible to deal with in 3d space. ESPECIALLY a game which is deigned FUNDAMENTALLY for 3d work. To answer the question no Forge does not support editing base classes, and as this is a fundamental shift in how everything works we can not support your efforts. You're better off writing your own engine at this point and good luck trying to get 4D physics to work.

Just a question about my server log
Whelp some mod you have installed has gone out of their way to use the log system that FML uses internally to output crappy things to the console. There isnt a way to find out what ti is from the log, try removing mods and see what happens.

Problem with forge server.
[23:48:11] [server thread/TRACE] [appaeronei/appaeronei]: Sending event FMLConstructionEvent to mod appaeronei That is the last mod being called normally you should try removing that mod.

[1.8 Forge] How to change the player's eye height?
The 1.7.10 methods work just fine, see the Morph mod, and the 1.8 version is the exact same.

Just a question about my server log
I said log for a reason, we edit the log formats to capture System.out to include the stack that called it. Unless someone has gone out of it's way to break things it should have more information. From what you're giving me, no there is no way to tell who is spitting out that log.

Just a question about my server log
perhaps if you showed the entire log file we may be able to tell you.

Is there a Forge hook to modify base classes?
There are coremods, however you should not make one. It's not a modder's responsibility to edit the core of minecraft. It's Forges, if you have issues make a PR and we'll discuss it. 99% of the time your edits are not needed and can be done in better ways then editing the base classes. 0.9% of the time, your changes need to be cleaned up to maintain compatibility with other mods/systems. The other 0.1% of the time is a myth, it never happens.

We think your game has been modded .. (AGAIN)
That is nowhere in the error at all. you error is actually: java.lang.NullPointerException: Stitching texture atlas at shadersmodcore.client.ShadersTex.readImage(ShadersTex.java:464) Or hell using the 'Description' would be better. "Error: Stitching texture atlas' Either way the point is those two things are MILLION times better then your title because OF COARSE your game is modded because you installed mods -.-

We think your game has been modded .. (AGAIN)
Why do you pick these stupid titles? Yes, you modded your game that's why you're loading mods -.- That doesn't help us in the SLIGHTEST. Something is broken in the shaders mod go yell at them.

What is the 'start' lib path generated in .classpath for Eclipse?
I don't have a 'strong affinity' for Gradle. I have a 'string affinity' for shit that works and does everything that is needed to be done because we've put a lot of work into it. And you coming here wanting us to help you break that down and forcing/advocating creating EVEN MORE work for us because you're wanting to be a special snowflake and people who don't know better will follow you in doing things the hard way. So, ya I hate people who make more work for us because they want to feel special. https://github.com/MinecraftForge/ForgeGradle Everything you need to know, have fun.

Server CPU usage constantly at 200% with a sub-1MS ticktime, no one online
Well there are plenty of java profilers out there, visualvm comes with the JDK, JProfiler is also a good one, has a free trial IIRC.

What is the 'start' lib path generated in .classpath for Eclipse?
Seriously dude, why are you hacking things together with make? All make does is wrap around systems like gradle and maven. Just use it -.-

Server CPU usage constantly at 200% with a sub-1MS ticktime, no one online
Thats nowhere near vanilla Forge. You have quite a few mods installed. I'd start by removing the ones listed as coremods.

Rapid testing with Forge?
In dev you can use the normal java hot swapping mechanics. But no, you can thank Risugami for us not having a valid reload cycle. You have to restart the client.
