so Im kinda new to making servers and i wanted to make a modded server for my friends but every time I try this pops up in my command prompt

as a result of this, the files wont load and I can't make a modded server 

1) You shouldn't set the start size to higher then the max size
2) Are you SURE you wanna set your starting RAM to 20GB?

so I changed it to a smaller size and now this is the error code

ok so Im guessing i have to play on 1.17 but im trying to make a server for 1.16.5, is that not possible or does the server type not have to match Minecraft's world and mod type?
