Minecraft server crashing all the time and I don't know why!

I've been playing on an Insane Craft server (with some removed mod) with my friends.

In the first two days everything seemed to work fine, but when we split to different locations everything was still fine. But as time went by and everyone got more stuff, the server started crashing all a sudden. Since this Sunday the server has been crashing 33 times and I've no idea why. I've no idea how the crash-report works and the log is too big to put in a "pastebin".

Anyone help?
