the vanilla are already created, you just need to use the method i told you and pass in the container (Note you can open only a few vanilla container, since the others are bind to a block)
a custom one you need to create first (Container and Screen)

look at the ContainerType class

Note: the ChestContainer is an vanilla Container which is bind to a Block,
you need to create a custom Container & screen which extends the vanilla Container overwrite the method stillValid
