Unable to move

Hey guys. I recently downloaded and played Forge 1.16.5 with projectE. But as well as many other mods, I was unable to move after around 5 minutes. I was completely stuck on one block but I was still able to perform other actions. I could even use water to move myself but it didn't help with this issue.

Anyone met this issue and knows how to fix it?

game changed the way you create foods.
for example minecraft 1.21.8 code for the golden apple is
