AutoReconnect mod for forge 1.16.5?? (AFK Allowed its my own server)

Hello, I have been looking for an autoreconnect mod for forge 1.16.5 but all the mods I find are for fabric, does anyone know of a forge version or some way to auto reconnect (maybe a macro? not sure how though...)

 

The server I will be using it on allows AFK since its my own hosted server, I set up automatic scheduled restarts and backups during night time, so it kicks you from the server, is there any mod that I can use to just reconnect me?

Because the mods I have (about 70 heavy mods) periodically increase the ram usage of the server until it reaches the max and crashes the server, only solution I have found so far is restarting every 6 hours (which I have set up as an automatic schedule)

I understand the suspicion of using it on multiplayer servers where it is not allowed, I personally dont play on public multiplayer servers since I prefer playing and hosting my own with friends.

There already exist fabric reconnect mods (which I use for my other fabric modded servers I host) do there not exist forge reconnect mods?

 

Edit: The max amount of ram dedicated to my server is -Xmx8G

Sounds like you should be tracking down whichever mod has the horrendous memory leak instead.
