When attempting to launch Forge 1.18.1-39.0.0 with the latest version of Java and its associated Development Kit on Windows 10 64-bit, this error is received:

This does not generate a log or anything of the sort detailing the exact error that I was able to find, otherwise I would supply it here. No mods were installed while testing this, just Forge itself.

    Vanilla Mojang launcher, and as I stated before, either the debug log did not generate for this, or it is in some weird place where I cannot find it.
