Jar server file missing 1.18.1 (server setup with host)

Hello, I see some posts about 1.17.1 and beyond jar files are just no longer there. And that is how it is supposed to be. I am having trouble because my host uses the jar files to start the servers. Is this something they have to fix and not me? I am trying to get a server running with 1.18.1 and I was going to do it how I've always done it and the server jar file no longer installs when you install the server portion. Any help is much appreciated

Yes forge has moved the server.jar file, and some server hosts are to lazy to update to the new system
