I was playing normally with mods more specifically MahouTsukai mod, when my computer blacked out out of nowhere, when I restarted, I started my minecraft again, then it crashed again, and this appeared when the launcher opened:

The game crashed whilst rendering overlay
Error: net.minecraftforge.fml.config.ConfigFileTypeHandler$ConfigLoadingException: Failed loading config file forge-common.toml of type COMMON for modid forge

This happens every time I try to open with 1.16.5 and 1.18.1 forges
Already the other versions were correctly without problems.

I will leave the entire logs here.

Please, I need help to resolve this.
