Modded Forge server won't start

Hi, I've been trying to set up a forge server with the Vault Hunters modpack. So far I think I've done everything correctly, but when I try to run the file that's supposed to start the server, it gives me a long output of text and closes itself when I input a key. https://pasteboard.co/Gsk2KRzKPCQt.png here's the full log. I have no clue what the problem might be, so help would really be appreciated
