Can't start forge 1.16.5 server.

Whenever I try to run my server I get the error:

But I have the recommended version of openjdk

openjdk version "1.8.0_322"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (Temurin)(build 1.8.0_322-b06)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (Temurin)(build 25.322-b06, mixed mode)

I have tried to find java 8 320 but I cant find a download link for it. If you have one it would be much appreciated!

That version is x86 meaning I cannot allocate more than 1.5GB worth of ram.

game changed the way you create foods.
for example minecraft 1.21.8 code for the golden apple is
