Compatibility Problem with REI

REI does not show the crafting table recipes anymore.

To find out which mod it collides with I made two separate mod lists and added rei to them.
Funny thing is: WIth all the mods from the first list, REI works perfectly, with all mods from the second part of the list, REI works perfectly, all mods combined: REI doesn´t show any crafting table recipes anymore.

What could be the problem?

(I don´t know how to get the debug list, and I donßt know if it would show the corresponding error)

[1.21.3] How to add effects to food?

game changed the way you create foods.
for example minecraft 1.21.8 code for the golden apple is
