Can I safely assume that some events will only every be called on the logical client?

For example, can I call Minecraft.getInstance() (to get a Level object) in an event subscribed to RenderGameOverlayEvent.BossInfo? Seeing as the event has to do with rendering, I would assume so...

    yeah you can since render stuff is client side only
