why did this happen

i was downloading minecraft forge 1.18.1 but an error occurred I don't remember what error because the incident occurred like 5 months ago after the error is gone my version page in the mincecraft launcher became a mess there are versions like

there's more like that how can I fix this or remove these

this is not Forge related question, but there are checkbox with which you can disable some versions (change the visibility)
