Your configs are not in sync between the client and server. Check out which mods are in those id ranges.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

    the items ids on the server dont match the item ids for your client, you should check what mod covers the id range and find out what the conflict is.

    I don't know if this changes anything bbut I already copied the configs from the server and put it into the config for the modpack
