I’m trying to run a modded server and Ford will not open up I’ve tried using Run.bat and just opening the server directly via the folder but Forge.jar does not Open The Minecraft jar works just fine

i have java 8 i uninstalled and reinstalled it again and got the -Xmx12048M -Xms12048M -jar server.jar nogui

I have Java eight and mod pack i am useing vault hunters on 1.16.5 I downloaded the server info off of forge so i need to update forge to the newest Verizon i try that
